A parent and teen training together

Parent And Teen Self Defence Course™

One Day Course: Saturday 10–4pm

Parents and teens learn essential self-defence insights and techniques together.

You can't be with them all the time. But together we can prepare them to stay safe and protect themselves for when you're not there.

It's one thing to tell your teen to stay safe. It's another to show them. You train side by side, build the skills together, and create a unique connection around staying safe.

By Patrick Cumiskey, founder of Krav Maga Ireland

You both leave knowing how to

Trust your instincts

and act on them early, even when you can't say why

Spot the traps

too friendly, too fast · the invented favour · the no that isn't accepted

Break free and get away

from headlocks, chokes, bearhugs and being dragged

Why learn together

They hear it differently

"I say this all the time but it carried far more weight coming from you." — A parent

You share a language

"Trust your instincts." "Where's your exit?" No lecture needed.

You know what they can do

Watching them break a hold does more than any reassurance.

Parent · Parent & Teen Course
"Invaluable for a quiet young man."
Parent · Parent & Teen Course
